Gus Hrncir (pronounced Hen-chur) is an owner advisor at Brown and Caldwell, focused on collaborative project delivery. He brings 20 years of experience from the design-build project development side of complex civil infrastructure procurements to guide clients implementing projects through collaborative delivery. His support includes strategy and procurement development, legislative research, workshop facilitation, negotiations, and project delivery oversight. He actively contributes to industry advancement through leadership roles with the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) National Water-Wastewater Committee and the Water Collaborative Delivery Association (WCDA) Best Practices Committee.
