In just over a decade, collaborative delivery has become the fastest-growing form of project delivery in the water and wastewater industry. Thanks to the educational outreach of WCDA members and partners, most states have enacted legislation enabling design-build project delivery for water and wastewater projects. Those gains are paving the way for the broad acceptance of an evolving range of collaborative delivery methods. This map provides direct links to current legislation by state.
