Risk and Contracts for Collaborative Delivery Projects—A Deep Dive for Owners – Tampa, FL
Join the WCDA and the Polsinelli Law Firm for a comprehensive deep-dive classroom course focused on risk allocation and contract principles for construction management at-risk (CMAR) and design-build projects. Building on the Water and Wastewater Collaborative Delivery Handbook, 6th edition, this course is an in-depth survey of industry-standard contract templates, the dynamics of risk allocation and performance accountability, insurance, and bonding.
Who Should Attend?
Public utility decision-makers, attorneys, senior project managers and procurement/contracts professionals. Attendance at a previous WCDA Fundamentals and Implementation session or previous familiarity with collaborative delivery concepts is helpful, but not required.
