Implementation of Collaborative Delivery Projects for Owners – Tampa, FL
Join the WCDA and its host for a full-day session on the implementation of collaborative delivery projects, based on the Water and Wastewater Collaborative Delivery Handbook, 6th edition.
Who Should Attend?
Public utility leaders, engineers, project managers, procurement professionals, and O&M staff who have an interest in learning about how collaborative delivery projects are successfully delivered, with a focus on construction management at-risk (CMAR) and progressive design-build (PDB). This course features a step-by-step walk-through of the project implementation life cycle, from project kickoff through agreement on a contract price to start construction. No previous experience necessary, although attendance at the Fundamentals of Collaborative Delivery session will be helpful.
