Join the WCDA for an education session focused entirely on the fundamentals of collaborative delivery for public owners. This full-day course focuses on the reasons why owners might use CMAR and design-build to deliver better projects, starting with an overview of how to select the best delivery method for your project and continuing through a discussion of risk allocation, contract principles, O&M considerations, and procurement strategies. We’ll also preview educational materials available to you to support the implementation phase of your project.
This session is focused entirely on public owners and is open to executive leadership, legal and procurement professionals, project managers, and technical leads who are considering the use of CMAR or design-build for any type of water/wastewater project. No previous experience necessary!
