WCDA Q2 2024 Association Meeting
June 5 @ 7:30 am - 4:30 pm EDT
FreeAll WCDA member firm representatives and committee members are invited to the quarterly association meeting. For Q2, we are limited in space to 100 total attendees for the Wednesday, June 5th meeting, and 80 total attendees for the June 4 Nationals Game social. In order to facilitate this, we are accepting one registration per member company until May 1, but please register all who are interested in coming and those registrants will be put on a waiting list. After May 1, we will then add people from the waiting list from each member company that wishes to send an additional person(s) on a space available basis. You will be notified as soon as you are added to the Q2 meeting and/or June 4 social so that you can make travel arrangements. Any member company not registering anyone by May 1 will lose their priority spot and be put on the waiting list in the same manner as additional attendees if they register after this date.
Please register using the link below. If there are changes to your attendance status, please notify us ASAP, but no later than one week prior to the event. Agendas will be sent via email. This quarter’s meetings are hosted by AlexRenew.

Tuesday, June 4, 2024 – 9:00 am – 4:00 pm – WCDA Education Session for Owners (AlexRenew) – If space permits, one person/member may attend based on waiting list (registrants will be notified by May 20)
Tuesday, June 4, 2024 – 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm – WCDA Social – Washington Nationals vs. NY Mets (registration required/space limited)
Wednesday, June 5, 2024 – 7:30 am – 4:30 pm – Q2 Association Meeting (AlexRenew)
Wednesday, June 5, 2024 – 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm – Cocktail Reception (AlexRenew)
Thursday, June 6, 2024 – 9:00 am – 11:30 am – Optional AlexRenew Tour (preregistration required/space limited to 45; staggered start times)
