Progressive Design-Build Delivery Now allowed in California
With the passage of CA SB 991, local agencies can now use progressive design-build delivery for water/wastewater projects. With crucial advocacy from WCDA and our members, this landmark bill was signed by Governor Newsom in September 2022 and will be in effect January 1, 2023 – January 1, 2029.
