Justin Sobol is the director of project development for design-build projects at Black & Veatch, an integrated design-builder who performs both engineering and/or construction for clients across the globe. Justin brings 15 years of design, project management, program management, construction management, and design-build experience across multiple industry sectors including municipal and industrial water and wastewater. He has worked for both engineering and at-risk construction companies on some of the world’s largest and most complex design-build projects which have equated to over $4 billion. Justin is focused on assisting Black & Veatch’s clients in the planning and execution of construction management at-risk, design-build, and other forms of collaborative delivery, from inception through to completion, while maintaining a high level of client interaction to ensure satisfaction with the project.
