WCDA Q4 Association Meeting & Annual Meeting

All WCDA member firm representatives and committee members are invited to the Q4 association and annual meeting. Please RSVP using the link below. If there are changes to your attendance status, please notify Teresa Porath ASAP, but no later than *seven business days prior to the event. Agendas will be sent via email. This quarter’s events are being sponsored by the following members: HDR, AMERICAN Cast Iron Pipe Co., Axius Water, Core & Main, and Stantec.

*Please note that anyone who registers for our quarterly meeting events and does not notify us at least seven (7) days prior to the event(s) that they will not be attending or does not find a substitute to come in their place, will be assessed a no-show fee of $250.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the following hotel and reservations must be made by October 14, 2026. Rooms will be available until COB on this date or until they sell out, whichever comes first.

WCDA has contracted with the Circa Resort & Casino for the Q4 2026 meetings. While we recognize that everyone has their hotel brand loyalty and company policies to take into account, it helps us greatly if you book in our official room block when possible. By contracting with the Circa Resort & Casino, WCDA has secured a discounted group rate for meeting attendees while also committing to a specific number of guest rooms. If WCDA does not meet that contractual commitment, WCDA will be responsible for the cost of unsold rooms. Meeting room blocks also provide WCDA with valuable concessions based on our commitment to a certain number of room nights. These concessions—including complimentary meeting space, discounted audiovisual services, and reduced food and beverage minimums that fit within the WCDA budget—(along with generous sponsorships) help make it possible for WCDA to offer complimentary registration rates. ANNUAL MEETING NOTE: Each member company is allotted ONE vote for any items up for a vote at the annual meeting. This vote is normally cast by the member representative. In their absence, the alternate can cast the vote for that member company. If neither the member representative or the alternate are present, another person from that company can cast the vote. Please designate ahead of time who will be voting for your company and ensure they are in the room during the annual meeting.
