Join the WCDA and its host for a full-day session on the fundamentals of collaborative delivery projects, based on the Water and Wastewater Collaborative Delivery Handbook, 6th edition.

Who Should Attend?

Public utility leaders, engineers, project managers, procurement professionals, and O&M staff who have an interest in learning the fundamentals and implementation of collaborative delivery projects, with a focus on construction management at-risk (CMAR) and progressive design-build (PDB). This course features a broad overview of collaborative delivery terminology and best practices for identifying, procuring, and delivering projects. No previous experience necessary.
