Fundamentals & Implementation of Collaborative Delivery – Sherman, TX
Join the WCDA and its sponsors for a two-day session on the fundamentals and implementation of collaborative delivery projects, based on the Water and Wastewater Collaborative Delivery Handbook, 6th edition.
This session will feature a site tour of the ongoing construction of the Sherman, Texas, WWTP Facility, a CMAR project about one hour north of Dallas.
Who Should Attend?
Utility leaders, engineers, project managers, legal/contracts/procurement professionals, and O&M staff who have an interest in learning the fundamentals and implementation of collaborative delivery projects, with a focus on CMAR and progressive design-build. No previous experience necessary. Space permitting, practitioners will be welcome, too!
