WCDA is pleased to announce that J.W. Fowler is our newest member! Company president John Fowler and company vice president of operations Bill Blankenship will be representing JWF at WCDA. We look forward to working with them and their team.
JWF was established in 1972 as a small, family-owned and managed civil contracting firm building ponds for local farmers and logging roads for local timber companies. Over the past 50+ years, the company has grown into a multi-division, diversified heavy civil contractor providing water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, and underground sewer and water pipeline construction services across the western United States.
