Join WCDA and its sponsor for a full-day session on the fundamentals of collaborative delivery projects, based on the Water and Wastewater Collaborative Delivery Handbook, 6th edition.
Who Should Attend?
Public agency leaders; engineers; project managers; procurement professionals; and O&M staff who have an interest in learning the fundamentals of collaborative delivery projects, with a focus on construction management at-risk and progressive design-build. This course features a broad overview of collaborative delivery terminology and best practices for identifying, procuring, and delivering projects. No previous experience necessary.
