2026 CWWA National Water and Wastewater Conference

November 1 - November 4

The Water Collaborative Delivery Association (WCDA) is excited to participate in the 2026 CWWA National Water and Wastewater Conference. On Monday, November 2, WCDA will present two sessions exploring how collaborative delivery can help utilities and communities navigate today’s increasingly complex infrastructure challenges.

With the water sector facing growing demands from aging infrastructure, funding pressures, climate impacts, workforce constraints, supply chain uncertainty, and evolving technology, collaborative delivery is becoming one of the fastest-growing project delivery approaches in North America. Join Barbara Martin, WCDA Executive Director, Guy Voss, President of the WCDA Board of Directors and Vice President & Project Delivery Director at HDR, and an impressive lineup of utility, engineering, and construction leaders as they share lessons learned and real-world experiences from collaborative delivery projects. Participants will learn about delivery method selection, risk management, procurement strategies, organizational readiness, and leadership practices that help infrastructure owners achieve better project outcomes. Through case studies and panel discussions, attendees will gain practical insights into how collaborative delivery can support innovation, resilience, and long-term success for water and wastewater projects.
