Courtney Dantone, DBIA, based in the Tampa Bay region, is a leader in Florida’s water industry and is the business development manager for Archer Western Construction, LLC. Having worked in construction throughout her career, for over 16 years she has been bringing together technical expertise, collaborative delivery, and a strong commitment to community impact. In her role focused on understanding Florida’s evolving water market, she helps align the right opportunities with the right clients, partnerships, and project teams—ensuring a “best for the project” and “best for the community” approach.

Courtney holds a BS in civil engineering from Drexel University, a project management certificate from Cornell University, is DBIA accredited, and is a graduate of the WEF Water Leadership Institute. Active in organizations including WCDA, DBIA/FLDBIA, WEF/FWEA, and AWWA/FSAWWA, she is passionate about mentoring emerging professionals and advancing innovative delivery methods in the water sector.

Beyond her professional work, she is deeply engaged in community service through environmental initiatives, youth mentorship, and local outreach. Her leadership and volunteerism were recently recognized with the FSAWWA Region IV Volunteer of the Year award.
