Bill Canterbury is a construction / project manager with 30+ years of experience in construction, primarily heavy civil, including water and wastewater. His experience includes managing water, wastewater, pipelines, dams, water storage reservoirs, bridges, and parks and recreation projects both as an owner advisor / construction manager for owners and engineers and as a project manager for general contractors. He currently focuses on preconstruction services, including independent cost estimating, change order management, and risk and contingency analysis.​

In his educator role, Bill is an adjunct professor at Metropolitan State University of Denver and is an associate professor teaching project controls, construction methods, and construction estimating courses for the Del E Webb School of Construction, at Arizona State University. Bill also supports the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE International) education programs.​

Bill is president of Canterbury Construction Management Services, Inc., a project controls business located in metropolitan Denver since 2012. ​
