Director of Business Development – Waterworks

Ben Miller is a director of business development for Ferguson Waterworks with over 15 years of experience in the water/wastewater sector and is a designated Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) professional and licensed professional engineer. On the WCDA Board of Directors he serves as the chair of the Best Practices Committee.

The WCDA Best Practices Committee ensures consistency of all technical documents produced by the association—such as procurement guides, RFQ/RFP templates, Guide to Owner Advisors, contract templates, and the handbook—and confirms that they adhere to best practices of the industry and are in alignment with the WCDA mission.

As director of business development for Ferguson Waterworks, Ben leads the national business development team and is focused on collaborative delivery, developing strategic relationships with owners, designers, and contractors, emerging technologies, and helping the Waterworks team deliver solutions efficiently to its customers. Ben also has responsibility for the southeastern US for the business development team and hosts Ferguson’s podcast, “The Flow of Innovation.”
