DESCRIPTION:Join the WCDA and its sponsors for a two-day session on the fundamentals and implementation of collaborative delivery projects\, based on the Water and Wastewater Collaborative Delivery Handbook\, 6th edition.\nThis session will feature a site tour of the ongoing construction of the Sherman\, Texas\, WWTP Facility\, a CMAR project about one hour north of Dallas. \nWho Should Attend?\nUtility leaders\, engineers\, project managers\, legal/contracts/procurement professionals\, and O&M staff who have an interest in learning the fundamentals and implementation of collaborative delivery projects\, with a focus on CMAR and progressive design-build. No previous experience necessary.
