DESCRIPTION:Join WCDA and its sponsors for a full-day education event on the fundamentals and implementation of collaborative delivery projects\, based on the Water and Wastewater Collaborative Delivery Handbook \, 6th edition. \nWho Should Attend?\nWCDA members; public utility leaders; engineers; project managers; procurement professionals; and O&M staff who have an interest in learning the fundamentals and implementation of collaborative delivery projects. This course features a broad overview of collaborative delivery terminology and best practices for identifying\, procuring\, and delivering projects\, followed by a deep dive into the implementation of two-phase delivery methods such as CMAR and progressive design-build. DESCRIPTION:All WCDA member firm representatives and committee members are invited to the Q4 association and annual meeting. Please RSVP using the link below. If there are changes to your attendance status\, please notify Teresa Porath ASAP\, but no later than *seven business days prior to the event. Agendas will be sent via email.
