Brian Daly is a senior vice president at AECOM who has nearly three decades of experience in the design-build implementation of water and wastewater facilities for both the public and private sectors, including design-build-operate projects. He serves as the North American lead for all AECOM collaborative delivery water and wastewater projects. Notably, Brian served as the general manager for the design-build of Newport’s two water treatment plants. This project won the DBIA National Design-Build Award in 2014 in the water/wastewater category. Brian has managed the design for over 15 water and wastewater treatment plant projects, the majority of which were delivered via collaborative delivery.
