DESCRIPTION:All WCDA member firm representatives and committee members are invited to the Q1 Association Meeting. Please RSVP using the link below. If there are changes to your attendance status\, please notify Teresa Porath ASAP\, but no later than *seven days prior to the event. Agendas will be sent via email. This quarter’s meeting is hosted by Sundt. \nIf you would like to attend the March 5\, 2025\, Q1 Association Meeting via Teams\, please email Teresa to receive a link. The March 4\, 2025\, education session will not be offered virtually.\n \n*Please note that anyone who registers for our quarterly meeting events and does not notify us at least seven (7) days prior to the event(s) that they will not be attending or does not find a substitute to come in their place\, will be assessed a no-show fee of $250. \nA block of rooms has been reserved at: \nRenaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel\n100 N. 1st Street\nPhoenix\, AZ 85004 \nPLEASE BOOK YOUR ROOM HERE no later than Friday\, February 7\, 2025. You can call the hotel directly and ask if there are any rooms available at the going rate. If you need to cancel your room for any reason\, please contact Teresa first so we can tranfer it to someone who still needs a room. \nSchedule of Events:\nTuesday\, March 4\, 2025 – 8:30 am – 4:00 pm – Education Session: Implementation of Collaborative Delivery\nSundt\n2630 South 20th Place\nPhoenix\, AZ 85034\n \n\n Time Topic 8:30 am - 8:45 am Implementation Timeline and Curriculum Overview Review of Implementation Timeline 8:45 am - 9:30 am Implementation Chapter 8 Establishing Tone and Scope for a Successful Project 9:30 am - 10:15 am Implementation Chapter 9Establishing an Open-Book Cost Model (Estimate Format) 10:15 am - 10:30 am Short Break 10:30 am - 11:15 am Implementation Chapter 9Evaluating Early Work Package Proposals 11:15 am - 12:00 pm Lunch 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Implementation Chapter 9 Assessing and Verifying Cost and Contingency 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Implementation Chapter 10 Agreeing on the Guaranteed Contract Price Proposal 2:00 pm - 2:15 pm Short Break 2:15 pm - 3:15 pm Implementation Chapter 12 Defining and Implementing Performance Criteria and Contract Terms 3:15 pm - 3:45 pm Implementation Chapter 13 Substantial Completion and Post Completion 3:45 pm - 4:00 pm Wrap-Up\, Discussion\, and Feedback \n\nTuesday\, March 4\, 2025 – 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm – WCDA Quarterly Social (hosts TBD)\nPedal Haus Brewery\n214 E.
