SUMMARY:WCDA Q1 2025 Association Meeting
DESCRIPTION:All WCDA member firm representatives and committee members are invited to the Q1 Association Meeting. Please RSVP using the link below. If there are changes to your attendance status\, please notify Teresa Porath ASAP\, but no later than *seven days prior to the event. Agendas will be sent via email. This quarter’s meeting is hosted by Sundt. \nIf you would like to attend the March 5\, 2025\, Q1 Association Meeting via Teams\, please email Teresa to receive a link. The March 4\, 2025\, education session will not be offered virtually.\n \n*Please note that anyone who registers for our quarterly meeting events and does not notify us at least seven (7) days prior to the event(s) that they will not be attending or does not find a substitute to come in their place\, will be assessed a no-show fee of $250. \nA block of rooms has been reserved at: \nRenaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel\n100 N. 1st Street\nPhoenix\, AZ 85004 \nPLEASE BOOK YOUR ROOM HERE no later than Friday\, February 7\, 2025. We cannot guarantee rooms after this date. This is high season in Phoenix which means that a) the hotel will not cushion our arrival/departure dates of March 3-5 with a few days before and after so anyone wishing to extend their stay should call the hotel directly and pay the going rate; and b) if you do not book before the cutoff date above\, you will most likely not get a room here or you will pay a very high premium to do so once they release the rooms back into general inventory. \n**Update as of 1/22/25: Our room block is sold out for Wednesday\, March 5th. You can call the hotel directly and ask if there are any rooms available at the going rate.
