DESCRIPTION:Join the WCDA and Polsinelli Law Firm for a comprehensive classroom course focused on risk allocation and contract principles for CMAR and design-build projects. Building on the recently revised sixth edition of the Water and Wastewater Collaborative Delivery\, Handbook\, new material in this offering provides an in-depth survey of industry-standard contract templates\, key state-by-state regulations\, and the dynamics of risk allocation and performance accountability. \nWho Should Attend?\nThis course is focused on public sector attorneys and outside counsel who may be supporting public sector entities on drafting and implementing CMAR and design-build contracts.
